Rude management, no concept of good customer service, never again nor would I recommend it.

Woolworths

Yesterday I bought my favorite snack, PEANUT BRITTLE, at Woolworths.
After I paid I realized they overcharged me as the price was R35 on the shelf and they charged me R38.
So, I queried it. The Manager at Woolworths apologized for the mistake and refunded me my R38 and told me the PEANUT BRITTLE is now R0 for me and can have it for free.

PnP please explain why?

I bought a pair of 10 socks in a bundle pack at PnP clothing however the exact same amount of socks etc. was R10 cheaper at Pnp just  500m away.  I returned my Pnp clothing store socks and bought them in the pnp PnP food shop saving R10!

Bad customer experience

TELKOM:
COMPLAINT: Hi, I took out an order on the 19th of June for a wireless LTE 3 in 1 service for my sisters business. That following Monday Courier It delivered the handset but without a sim card. I went into the store to get a sim card as per sales persons request. This sim card seemed then to only work as a land line with no internet connection. After speaking to numerous and I mean ALOT of consultants and being transferred from one department to the next. Only to finally find out that they have reissued a sim card and will be delivered by Courier It. Dealing with Courier It was an absolute nightmare. Telkom gave them the wrong address for delivery and to change this was a story of its own. Telkom mixed up the area name, with complex name and numbers. In any event we finally received this new sim card and have been trying to activate it since last week Wednesday. I keep on getting transferred to different departments and all of them is giving me different stories. Some of the agents can barely speak English. Can someone who actually knows what their doing please activate all services on our account???????? Unfortunately we are bound by contract now so cant cancel without any penalties. I will send details on PM. Absolutely poor service. 3 Weeks and still no service. Telkom
