This is how seamless online shopping can be with Takealot.
1. Order an Xbox gift card with Takealot credit.
2. Issues with completing the order take 24 hours to resolve only to find
3. it takes 3 days (!) to have the order ready (it's literally a piece of cardboard and it's listed as being 'in stock'.
4. Go in to warehouse to collect the Xbox voucher. They have a really nifty collection process and we are in and our in 5 minutes.
5. Get home, apply voucher to Xbox account and get the message the code is invalid. Have to refer to retailer (Takealot)
6. Takealot say they will refund the broken Xbox voucher and will collect it by courier next day.
7. Courier is 6 hours earlier than scheduled. Yay
8. It will take up to 7 days (unsure if working days or total days) to refund the voucher.

Cell C Table Bay Mall
Get our excellent service provider of the week award.
I bought a new Laptop from Incredible Connection on Friday and my Cell C Mifi router would not work on it. IC wanted R250 to do the configuration for me!?! I went to the CELL C store and after an hour's worth of trying to get it to work they finally did, and there was no charge involved!
