 David Worswick they offer excellent customer service- I am not yet a customer - mostly because of load shedding - the electricity was off the day I went to sign up! This Sunday hopefully it is on!?! anywho - their customer care keep trying to assist me and they have sent me their banking APP.

David Anthony Brown My last experience at a Cafe Rouge was equally as bad! Had to send my main course back twice, and the third time the chicken still wasn't cooked. Needless to say I left, and have never been back! ... and this was some years ago. You're wasting your time and money even contemplating this chain!!!
Do not under any circumstance eat here !!!
Crab Tianne was off, French onion soup like dish water, pork escalope tasted worse than KFC 3 day old chicken, soufflé was an insult to soufflés, fries burnt, bernaise sauce was sour and the broccoli was grey and not seasoned.
The rib eye was over cooked, tough and inedible.
My worst food exp in over 20 years, oh and the Bloody Mary had nothing but watery tomato sauce, ice and vodka . Appalling by anyone's standards . Buyer beware unless you like hospital food.
The front of house staff where fantastic in a difficult situation, as was the head chef when I asked to speak to him.
