Melanie Leader – 5 starI ordered 2 packs of Chocolate hot cross buns on Friday to collect on Saturday. when I went to collect them they hadn't made the chocolate so I ordered again for Sunday and was promised they wouldn't let me down again. Unfortunately the night staff hadn't made any again. I complained and the manager Jaydee was fantastic. He not only sourced the buns, fetched them from Sunningdale but delivered them to my house in Melkbos and gave them to me free of charge.
Thank you Jaydee, great job! you restored my faith in our local stores service. Much appreciated!!
