British Airways. Highly unpleasant check in this morning. I have a connecting flight for an international flight and I was 3 kg over the domestic limited. After asking and even pleading and trying everything they made me take my shoes out so that I can make the domestic limit. After 15 minutes of this nonsense, the manager Omar Raja at last phoned his supervisor and then said I can put my shoes back. It's permitted to be the weight I am for a connecting flight. WTF??? Now I know why I so seldom fly British Airways. Please train your staff properly #britishairways.
